I know this is the topic which we have been listening to and reading everywhere.

- Being physically active and doing whatever you can in your schedule.

- The workspace stress and anxiety can be reduced by not reacting spontaneously and taking a moment to think and relax.
- You can use some relaxing techniques like counting and deep Breathing.
- Read some good books.
- Include walking in your daily routine. It makes you feel fresh.
